Fully equipped living area, including: 2 single beds 0,90m, sofa, 28" wide screen television, DVD/CD player, satellite TV, dining table with chairs, build in wardrobe.

American styled kitchen fully fitted to the highest standards and latest modern technologies containing: fridge/freezer, microwave/oven, electric hob, toaster, coffee/tee machine and a full collection of cutlery and utensils.

Pristine bathroom feature high powered shower , toilet, bidet, hand basin with furniture, automatic ventilation system, fresh linen and toiletries.

All rooms accommodate air-conditioning, heating, individual operable integrated audio system. Washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing table. The studios are on the ground flour and do not have a terrace.

One bedroom studio (maximum capacity 4 persons)
