Making a reservation online implies the customer’s acceptance/approval of all and each of the general conditions that are integral part of the reservation and that are completed with the specific legislation applicable.

RESERVATIONS AND RETURNS/DEVOLUTIONS
When making the reservation, you must produce a credit card to guarantee the reservation in case there is a cancelation or the customer’s absence. The hotel will charge 10% of the total of the reservation to check its validity or liquidity. This amount is refundable and will be given to the customer on his arrival if he requests for it, as a way of payment in cash or with a different card provided by the customer.
At the arrival date, Apartments Mediterráneo Real, apply for the details of your credit card or a deposit of 300.00 euro, in order to respond for possible damages at furnishings. Apartments Mediterráneo Real, will only make such a charge when damage occurs at the property or belongings of the apartments, otherwise Apartments Mediterráneo Real will return the deposit at the day of departure and without making any charge by this concept.
Reservations with a stay less than 3 days a price supplement of 25% will be charged for the first day.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSABILITY
When making the reservation the customer is absolutely responsible of the accuracy of all the details given. If the details given are incorrect, the reservation could be cancelled.

HOTEL’S ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Arrival time is at 16h. and departure is a at 12h.

CANCELATIONS

WINTER (01/11 to 31/03):
•  No charge will be made to your credit card if you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before your arrival date (local time).

•  If you cancel within 24 hours of your arrival date the first night will be charged to your credit card.

•  In case of no show at the hotel 50% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your card.

SUMMER (01/04 to 31/10):
•  No charge will be made to your credit card if you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your arrival date (local time).

•  If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date the first two nights will be charged to your credit card.

•  In case of no show at the hotel, 50% of the total cost of your stay will be charged to your card.

CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO CHILDREN
Children up to 3 years: you can rent a cot for 5 euros a day.
Children of 4 or older: they will use the existent beds.

CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO PETS
Pets are not allowed.
